Co-Founder and General Practitioner with a passion for teaching, volunteering, and rural healthcare. Dr. Sajeev is actively involved in multiple research projects and has achieved a Step 2 score of 269 and has completed Step 3. Her dedication to medical education and community service drives our mission.

Dr. Zoofi Shan is an aspiring Internal Medicine Residency applicant for the NRMP Match 2024-2025, driven by a passion for both the clinical and academic facets of medicine. She believes that being a doctor is a profound blessing, providing her with the opportunity to transform lives one consultation at a time. Dr. Shan upholds the belief that clear communication and empathy are as crucial to patient care as the medications prescribed.

Her dedication to improving healthcare access and outcomes is reflected in her numerous initiatives targeting slum populations, a group she holds close to her heart. Dr. Shan works tirelessly to empower these communities, educating them on small yet impactful steps to improve their overall health. She also informs them about the latest governmental schemes that offer essential health services free of charge, striving to bridge the gaps caused by a lack of resources and literacy.

Aware of the challenges faced by international medical graduates (IMGs) in navigating the USMLE Step exams, Dr. Shan has taken on the role of a tutor, sharing her knowledge and experience to support others on this demanding journey. Having excelled in her own exams, Dr. Shan is committed to helping others reach their full potential. Known for her fun yet effective teaching methods, she is highly regarded by her students and is often praised for her ability to make concepts unforgettable. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Shan is a deeply philosophical individual who finds solace and expression through poetry and storytelling. She has a keen interest in psychology and enjoys exploring the complexities of the human mind through her reading.
